We support financial sponsors as well as ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams in pursuing strategic and platform transactions, developing and realizing dedicated buy & build strategies and funding growth initiatives.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for interns (f/m/d) to support our growing team in Munich. Internships usually last 3 months and start quarterly. Applications are accepted at the earliest 6 months in advance. Candidates showing outstanding performances during the internship will have the opportunity to join Altenried Etti & Co. subsequently on a full-time basis.
Job requirements
Your Responsibilities
As an intern, you will learn about the various aspects of M&A transactions. You will support in target assessment, financial and business analysis, valuation, and the preparation of documents for client, board, and investment committee meetings. As part of the deal team, we offer you an exciting and wide range of tasks with a steep learning curve.
Your Profile
Student (f/m/d) in an advanced stage of Bachelor or Master studies with a focus on business administration or similar
Interest in investment banking (M&A) with an excellent academic track record
Ideally relevant internship experience in investment banking or adjacent fields (e.g. private equity, deal advisory, or auditing)
Ability to learn fast and strong analytical skills
Advanced know-how of MS-Office
Fluent in German and English
